Dr. Waite collaborated with Red Clay Beauty Botanical Wellness Spa CEO Ronnie Jo. Together, they harnessed nature’s wisdom to create convenient, effective, organics based eco-friendly products. These products are designed for pets as well as another line designed specifically to enhance our natural human beauty.

Our sPaw Botanical Pet products have been in development for years with two goals 1- helping our pets live their best life, and 2- helping our pets live a long and healthy best life. 

As a team we take pride in sourcing our raw ingredients both from our own Red Clay Beauty Farm and Garden as well as from suppliers who uphold the highest social, ethical, moral, and environmental standards. Our commitment to the earth and all its inhabitants is deeply rooted in our real natural, real science, real beauty wellness philosophy.

Ronnie Jo, CPT our business founder, has always been in tune with the natural world, harnessing the same botanicals and ingredients revered since ancient times. She believes in Mother Earth’s bounty as the ultimate skincare solution, capable of renewing skin tone, lightening the look of wrinkles, and clarifying the complexion as well as enhancing the beauty you hold within yourself.

Our lead scientist, Dr. J. Waite, spent her youth immersed in nature—a remote area nestled among mountains, waterways, wildlife, and Native American reservations (specifically between the Nisqually and Snoqualmie tribes). These formative years ignited her passion for animals and the earth by understanding natural healing, nutrition, and our symbiotic relationship with the environment.

With nearly 38 years in the research, Dr. Waite studied organics exploring their impact when used on pets and humans for health and well-being. 

Her expertise and formal education in science, psychology and experiential learning culminated in the establishment of an international k-12 Charter school that champions Experiential and Immersion learning techniques going on its 11th year of operation. Throughout her career, Dr. Waite secured funding from prestigious sources such as the National Science Foundation, National Institutes of Health, Howard Hughes Medical Research, private luxury beauty and high-end pet care brands as well as private foundations.

As a respected scientist in the national and international research community, she held esteemed leadership positions, at the Society of Research Administrators International. National Council of University Research Administrators, and the Council for Undergraduate Research.
